What I offer
Telehealth therapy for women navigating transitions, loss, anxiety, and the quiet question of what comes next. Available from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in Maine, Florida, or Vermont.
Retirement. An empty nest. A move. The loss of a partner or a role that once defined you. Transitions — even the ones we choose — can shake our sense of who we are and where we belong.
Together we'll make sense of what's shifting, grieve what needs to be grieved, and find a path forward that feels true to who you are now — not who you used to be.
When your mind won't quiet down, everything feels harder. Anxiety in later life often looks different than it did at 35 — it can show up as health worries, sleeplessness, or a low hum of dread that's hard to name.
Using CBT and ACT, we'll slow things down, understand what's driving the worry, and build practical tools you can use in daily life — so you can feel more at ease in your own skin.
Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and it doesn't only come from death. You might be grieving a relationship, your health, your independence, a version of yourself you thought you'd always be.
This is a space to bring all of it — without being rushed, without being told how to feel. We'll move through it together, at whatever pace you need.
Sometimes you just need a steady, honest space to talk — about relationships, identity, purpose, or the things that have been sitting heavy for a long time.
Sessions are collaborative and led by what matters most to you. No agenda, no clock-watching. Just honest conversation and steady support.
Not sure if therapy is right for you, or if we'd be a good fit? I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for how I work.
No pressure, no commitment. Just a conversation — a chance to see if this feels like the right next step.
I believe cost shouldn't be a barrier to getting support. I accept Medicare — which covers telehealth therapy — in Maine, Florida, and Vermont, as well as MaineCare.

Book a free 15-minute consultation or send me a message. No pressure — just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.
We'll get to know each other, talk about what's brought you here, and begin to map out what you're hoping for. There's no rush.
We'll work at your pace — building tools, making sense of what's hard, and charting a course that feels true to who you are.
There's no perfect moment to start. The water is calmer than it looks from shore. Whenever you're ready, I'm here.
