About me
I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Maine, offering telehealth therapy for women navigating life's harder seasons — with warmth, steadiness, and no rush.
Maine has a way of teaching you that hard seasons are part of life — and so is finding your footing again. The stillness of the water, the weight of a long winter, the way light comes back in spring — these rhythms have shaped how I sit with people in their most difficult moments.
I work primarily with older women who are navigating transitions: retirement, loss, health changes, the shifting of roles that once defined them. Women who have spent decades being strong for everyone else, and are only now beginning to ask what they need. That question takes courage. I take it seriously.
My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy, woven together with somatic-informed practices. But more than any technique, I believe healing happens in relationship — in being truly heard without judgment. We'll work at your pace, in your direction, for as long as it takes.
Some of the most meaningful growth I've witnessed has happened in a person's 60s, 70s, and beyond. There is no expiration date on healing.
My role isn't to tell you what to do — it's to help you hear yourself more clearly, and trust what you already know.
There's no timeline here. We go at your pace, always — and we don't move on until it feels right.
I'd love to connect. Book a free 15-minute consultation and let's see if we're a good fit. I accept Medicare in Maine, Florida, and Vermont.
